The cost for registration for the fall of 2013 is $95.00 for each child.
We will only be doing partial scholarships. The process is explained on our registration page.
During registrations parents can identify one night a week as a practice exclusion. If the family schedule requires more than that, clearly we may not be able to accommodate your registration.
Unlike Upward Basketball, you do not register to a specific church. All games will likely be in one location.
Practice locations very from the some of the churches in West Chester and Mason. The selection of which practice location will be agreed up between the coach and parents of that specific team. WE cannot promise a location as part of the registration process.
We do not know what grades are playing in the same division until we see how many kids in each grade register.
We do not anticipate having enough girls for a girls only league.
Girls are often some of the best athletes in the league
It is extremely important that each child comes to one of the 3 evaluations
Information after Team Draft and Prior to First Game:
Additional registration will only be done at this point to balance out teams.
You should hear from your coach 3 weeks before the first game. If you have not, please contact flagfootball@cincyupward.org
If you are unable to practice on the night your team practices, please seek your coach to work with your league coordinator for your child's grade to get you placed on another team. We have limited volunteers and cannot promise these exceptions can be worked.
Information During the Season:
Light jerseys are for the visiting team
We recommend you do not place the jersey in the dryer, to prevent damage.
Activities start at the time you are told, so you need to be there plenty of time early to find your team so that you do not miss introductions, smoke tunnels, etc.
Each session is expected to take 90 minutes
Each child must wear a mouth guard or they will not be able to play. Please consider having a spare.
Information Involving Awards Night
The evening is the highlight of the season, please do not miss it!
The event involves a large number of people, please anticipate traffic, parking, etc and get there with time to spare
We start on time in order to get the kindergartners in home on time so they get a good nights sleep before school.
